Intramail is truly an integrated system.  The Intremail installs inside the common equipment saving wall space and AC connection requirements.  Station ports are not required so the Intramail does not reduce system capacity.  Inter active "Soft" key prompts on Display Phones help users handle their messages.  A flashing message lamp lets users know that the Intramail has a message waiting for them.

Intramail also provides Auto Attendant, Multiple Greetings, Flexible Answer Schedules, Fax Detection, Answering Machine Emulation, Conversation Record and many popular voice features that let your customer ret the most for their communications dollar.

NEC Intramail requires DS1000/2000 software version 03.01.00 or higher.

The NEC NVM-2e Voice Mail

is the ideal system for the small office environment, equipped with 2 or 4 ports.  Three hours of recording tome and 50 subscriber mailboxes.  New diskless technology makes the system easy to program from any telephone.  For added reliability the NVM-2e is 100% flash-based, eliminating eliminating the need for battery power.  The system is wall mountable for simplified installation and space convenience.
 

NEC VANGARD Voice Mail

voice mail can be purchased in configurations of 2, 4, 6 or 8 port depending on your needs.  All VANGUARD mail systems shipped loaded with 130 hours of voice mail storage and 200 mail boxes.  In addition VANGUARD systems have an internal 2400 baud switchable modem that is accessible from any voice mail port for off-site programming and maintenance.
